Saturday morning and it’s off to the Mill we go – Since opening in summer 2021, ‘The Mill Castlebridge’ has quietly built a reputation as one of Castlebridge’s top spots for homemade treats and great coffee. Mairead Stafford’s cosy eatery serves up the likes of artisan Belgian chocolate brownies, protein balls, carrot cake, cinnamon rolls, gourmet toasties, along with a rotating selection of daily specials. Regulars visitors will know it for its relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, and, on occasion, an impromptu sing-song.
Definitely a hidden gem worth seeking out.
