The Holy Grail

The Holy Grail are celebrating 10 years in Wexford Town! Renowned for its innovative tasting menus, Head Chef Manoj Varavumkal has been helping to redefine international cuisine with dishes that blend regional ingredients and modern techniques from their sophisticated South Main Street eatery.

Originally from Kerala, India, Chef Manoj brought his expertise from working with the Taj Group of Hotels to Ireland 25 years ago. Speaking on the 10 years, he shared: “We’re well known for our curries and have customers from all over. Winning awards and serving the wonderful people of Wexford and visitors has been a real joy. We’re incredibly grateful for the support and generosity shown to us over the years.”

The menu is made up of bold, creative flavours, although offering an international flair with something for everyone—they specialise in traditional indian dishes, so if you’re into vibrant curries, biryanis, or have a soft spot for an irresistibly light, pillowy naan bread, these guys cook it to perfection in a traditional tandoor clay oven.(Watching the authentic naan take shape -check the photos- inside the tandoor is almost as satisfying as tasting it!)

Well done on reaching a decade in business and here’s to many more
