Ferrycarrig Autobody Repairs

A Truly Family Run Business

From their Ferrycarrig base facility, Louise Power and her Father own and operate the successful Autobody Repairs business – Over the years Declan wrote the estimates and worked on repairing the vehicles while his wife Bernie ran the office, accounts, greeted customers and paid the bills. Louise used to work with her father growing up and learned her expert trade knowledge from him.

Most recently husband Davy has introduced alloy wheel refurbishment, specialising in diamond cut alloy wheel repairs services, which are becoming increasingly more popular as a cost-effective alternative to replacing your alloys.

Louise always had dreams of owning and operating the autobody “Because my dad built the business on integrity and trust we have been very fortunate to have a great reputation, numerous referrals and repeat customers, We know there will be challenges with all the changes that continue to take place in our industry, but we will always be ready to evolve our craft and continue to grow as a company.”
“This year we’ve been shortlisted as a finalist at Wexford Chamber Awards, we are hopeful that the team ca be successful in our category as it would be fantastic to mark the 50th milestone. added Louise

Louise said “Those who already know us, are aware that Ferrycarrig Autobody is a local family business that never forgot its roots and the long road travelled to this point – On this road, friends and customers – have been an essential part. ….and ultimately they’ve become part of our story. That is why we want to celebrate our 50th anniversary with all of them.
