Kate was having a little scroll on Daft when a building popped up and caught her eye. She and Husband Justin weren’t actively looking for a second premises, but they decided to view it anyway. One visit was all it took. Together, with Manager Jay they took on a full building transformation…..and it’s clear the results speak for themselves. What was once a vacant space is now one of the most beautifully designed cafés in the region. Sleek, considered, and full of thoughtful details, that brings a fresh energy to the village. Inside, the atmosphere is instantly calm. Natural fixtures and low lighting, working together to create something special…a space that’s both designed and lived-in and most importantly feels local from the start.
Fans of Dusty Boy (Enniscorthy) will be over the moon to hear……in Castlebridge, things have just been expanded with a bigger food and drinks menu, a dedicated kitchen team, and a more ambitious approach across the board means there’s plenty new to discover.
