Btwenty7, a family-run drive-thru offering, has opened its newest location in Ardcavan….and it’s a smart fit for both the town and the times. Run by Conor and Paula Swaine, Btwenty7 brings something different to the local offering: a casual, fast option that doesn’t compromise on quality…..homemade food, done well and served fast.
“We’ve always focused on keeping things in-house,” says Conor. “Everything is made by our chefs or our Enniscorthy bakery. That’s what people are responding to.”
The Ardcavan outlet marks the third drive-thru for the brand, and so far, feedback from locals has been strong. While customers may expect just coffee, they’re often surprised by the full menu: toasted sandwiches, smoothies, a dedicated matcha offering, cakes and pastries….all designed for people on the go!
