We finally got around to visiting Spice Indian Restaurant, and if you’re into Indian food, their new Sunday all-you-can-eat buffet is worth checking out. Packed with rich, meaty curries and bold vegetarian dishes, the flavours haven’t been watered down and are all served with a smile, making going back for seconds (or thirds) almost inevitable. The restaurant is tucked away in Crown Quarter on Monck Street, Spice has been serving Wexford for nearly 20 years. Currently being run by Jose and John, with Jose at the helm in the kitchen, bringing a mix of regional Indian cooking styles to the table. Jose is the head chef working in this authentic Indian restaurant uses a range of different regional cooking techniques with an elevated attention to specifically designed with some wildly flavourful dishes in mind. Over time, Spice has gained a loyal following, and for good reason
