We took a FIRST LOOK at the all new Newtown Park Hotel
Under the local ownership of Colm Neville, the familiar spot (formerly the Maldron Hotel) on outskirt of Wexford Town the venue has stepped into a new chapter, and it’s buzzing!

Gone is the old bar, replaced with a contemporary Courtyard Bar and the space was thoughtfully shaped by Wexford designer Liz Harte, vibrant and brightened with distinctive art pieces that are worth a second glance. Even the leisure centre, overseen by Aaron Meyler, feels fresh, attracting new members. Perhaps the strongest of the Newtown Park’s reinvention is in the kitchen. Executive chef Tony Carty along with head chef Liam Kerrigan have crafted a menu that’s quietly confident…..with standouts that include local seafood chowder, beef from nearby local producer Redmond Farm.
